NO it is NOT ok to wear oddly shaped plugs for more than a few hours at one time.
Oddly shaped plugs meaning triangles, square, ect. Teardrops are the “best” out of them you can wear, but still, a few hours.
It applies uneven pressure to the earlobe and can restrict blood flow.
Healed or not, you’ll still get the same issues.
